TARGET GROUP
We recommend this course to the students who already have a university degree in Economics or a working experience in the similar field but also any candidate with university degree in other area who wants to improve its personal and professional growth, using practical knowledge to advance his careers and keep pace with a rapidly changing market.
There are no formal candidate entry requirements from International Diploma in Business, but consideration should be given to a candidate's qualification history and experience.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
- meaning, purpose and organisation of human resources (different approaches to the management of human resources)
- from legal matters to staff recruitment and development (types of employment contracts, recruitment and selection process, end of employment contract, ways of organising work)
- challenges in the human resource field (main features of the employment market, influence of technical change on humaan resource management)
- methods of team work and overcomming of conflicts (monitoring of people's performance at work, systems for communicating, systems for resolving conflicts)
- monitoring, motivation and rewarding employees to improve performance (different methods of payment, fringe benefits, motivation, training and development)
